IELTS Speaking: Education, Work and Success

The highest-scoring Part 3 answers are not the longest ones—they are the ones that take a position and defend it with nuance. In this club we'll work with demanding questions on education and work: whether university is still worth it, how success should be measured, whether governments should fund the arts, and what employers owe their staff. We'll focus on abstraction, speculation and precise concession. Expect a demanding hour: exam-timed rounds, advanced vocabulary and idiomatic range, and detailed feedback on the specific habits that separate a band 7 answer from a band 8 one.
